About Me

Hi there! I’m Lashonda—a girl, mom, pastor, prophetess, retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, consultant, activist, and so much more. Born and raised on Chicago’s West Side, I believe life offers us all the chance to live fully if we’re willing to go with the flow. As a disabled veteran, I’m learning to see life through a whole new lens, and I’m excited to connect with you! My passions include travel, nature, worship, meditation, live concerts, theater, and spending quality time with family. I also love curling up with a good audiobook.

I hold a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education and Development from Southern Illinois University. With a solid foundation in both quality management and adult learning, I bring a unique combination of skills. My academic background enables me to drive continuous improvement, foster effective learning environments, and deliver results in complex systems.

Throughout my 20+ year career, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and training thousands of individuals. I’m excited to continue that journey with you, and I look forward to working together as we achieve great things.

If you’re ready to discover what’s next for you, schedule a meeting. Have an amazing day!

With love and God bless you,

Lashonda
